Short Term Grants at the University of Bayreuth

With its Short Term Grants, the Bayreuth Humboldt Centre enables scientists and scholars working abroad to spend a short research stay of one to three weeks at the University of Bayreuth in order to engage in dialogue with a host scientist from the University of Bayreuth.

The Short Term Grants include the reimbursement of travel costs between the place of work outside of Germany and Bayreuth as well as accommodation costs in Bayreuth, visa fees (if applicable) and a daily allowance. Costs will be reimbursed upon request up to a maximum of €3,500.

The selection is made by the Executive Board of the Bayreuth Humboldt Centre.
